About ParsaDev

ParsaDev is an independent mobile app studio in London. We design, build, ship, and support every app ourselves — no outsourcing, no agencies, no cut corners.

What we build

Cross-platform iOS and Android apps using Flutter and Dart, backed by Firebase for authentication, realtime data, and cloud functions. The apps we ship under the ParsaDev label sit in two lanes:

• Education-first finance tools — gamified simulators that teach without putting anyone's money at risk. Parsa Vault is the flagship.
• Productivity and cultural tools — apps that solve a specific, narrow problem elegantly (two new apps currently in development).

Who builds it

ParsaDev was founded in 2024 by Parsa — a mechanical engineer (BEng) turned software developer. Background:

• Master of Science (MSc) in Advanced Engineering Design
• Harvard CS50x and CS50 AI certifications
• Full-stack experience: Flutter, Dart, Kotlin, Swift, PHP (WordPress), JavaScript, Python
• DevOps: DigitalOcean, Ubuntu, Nginx, SSL, GitHub Actions CI/CD, automated backups

How we work

Three principles sit above everything else:

1. Safety first. No dark patterns. No fake scarcity. No pushing financial products at vulnerable users. Parsa Vault is a simulator — no real money is ever at risk, and we make that clear on every screen.
2. Speed feels like quality. 60fps UI. Cold start under two seconds. Offline-first where it makes sense. Nobody should ever tap and wait.
3. Clarity over cleverness. Readable typography. Generous tap targets. Honest copy that explains what's happening and why. If we need a footnote to explain it, we redesign it.

How we handle your data

Every ParsaDev app ships with a plain-English privacy policy and a one-tap path to delete your account and all associated data. Concretely:

• We do not sell data. Ever.
• We run essential analytics only (Google Analytics for anonymous web traffic patterns) — no marketing pixels, no third-party ad trackers.
• We collect only what each feature actually needs. Your trading history stays in your account; your email is used to sign you in and nothing else.
• Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data — we action these requests within 30 days, usually same week.
• Account deletion is one tap inside the app. No "contact us" maze.

The Parsa Vault privacy policy is the template we use for every app.

How we support you

Every app has a dedicated support page with a contact form, an FAQ, and an escalation path for security-sensitive issues. For Parsa Vault, that's /apps/parsa-vault/support.html. Response time is 2–3 UK working days; most enquiries get a human reply within 24 hours.
