What is Parsa Vault?

Parsa Vault is a gamified stock and crypto trading simulator. You trade with virtual money in real market conditions — no real money is ever at risk.

Is my real money safe?

Yes. Parsa Vault uses 100% virtual cash. You cannot deposit or withdraw real money. All trades are simulated.

Is Parsa Vault free?

Yes, completely free to download and use.

What markets can I trade?

You can trade stocks, forex pairs, and cryptocurrencies — all with real-time simulated prices.

Account

How do I create an account?

Tap "Create Account" on the welcome screen. You can sign up with email/password, Google, Apple (iOS only), or Microsoft.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and we'll send a reset link to your email.

Can I use the same account on multiple devices?

Yes. Your portfolio, balance, and XP are saved to the cloud and sync across devices automatically.

Trading

How much virtual cash do I start with?

Every new account starts with $10,000 in virtual cash.

How do I buy or sell an asset?

Go to Markets → tap any asset → choose Buy or Sell → enter an amount or use the percentage buttons → confirm.

Can I lose all my money?

Yes — just like real trading. If your portfolio drops to zero you can reset from the Profile screen.

How do I reset my portfolio?

Go to Profile → Reset Portfolio. This restores your cash balance but keeps your account and XP history.

XP & Leaderboard

What is XP?

XP (Experience Points) are earned every time you make a trade. The more you trade, the more XP you earn and the higher your level.

What is the Leaderboard?

The Leaderboard ranks all Parsa Vault users by total portfolio value. Compete with other traders globally.

Does resetting my portfolio affect my XP?

No. XP and level are preserved even after a portfolio reset.

Privacy & Security

Does Parsa Vault collect my personal data?

We collect only what's needed to run your account (email, display name, trading activity). We never sell your data.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly in the app via Profile → Delete Account. Alternatively, email us at parsadev.pv@gmail.com.
