Response Time & Escalation

We aim to reply to all enquiries within 2–3 UK working days. Most messages get a response within 24 hours.

If you haven't heard back in 5 working days, please resend your message with "2ND ATTEMPT" in the subject — sometimes mail filters eat legitimate emails and we want to catch those.

For security-sensitive issues (suspected account compromise, data leak concern, vulnerability disclosure), use the subject line "SECURITY" and we'll prioritise it the same day.
