What you can contact us about

  • Bug reports — Something not working as expected? Send a short video or screenshot if you can, plus your device model and app version. We’ll get back with a fix window.
  • Account issues — Locked out? Two-factor not working? Profile won’t load? Tell us the email on the account and the issue — we can reset things from our side within a working day.
  • Data requests — Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Just email us with “Data request” in the subject line and we’ll action it within 30 days (usually the same week).
  • Feedback & suggestions — Ideas for new markets, UI tweaks, leaderboard rules, or educational content? We genuinely read every suggestion and reply to each one.
  • Leaderboard disputes — Think an XP total looks wrong? Include a screenshot and we’ll audit the trades.
  • Press & partnerships — Send a short summary of who you are and what you’d like to discuss. We answer serious enquiries quickly.
Response

Response time & escalation

We aim to reply to all enquiries within 2–3 UK working days. Most messages get a response within 24 hours.

If you haven’t heard back in 5 working days, please resend your message with “2ND ATTEMPT” in the subject — sometimes mail filters eat legitimate emails and we want to catch those.

For security-sensitive issues (suspected account compromise, data leak concern, vulnerability disclosure), use the subject line “SECURITY” and we’ll prioritise it the same day.
