These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Parsa Vault (the "App"), developed and operated by Parsa Dev ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Description of the App

Parsa Vault is a simulated stock and cryptocurrency trading platform designed for educational and entertainment purposes. All trading activity within the App uses virtual currency only. No real money is involved in any transaction, deposit, withdrawal, or trade conducted through the App. The App does not constitute financial advice, and nothing within it should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy or sell any real financial instrument.

2. Virtual Currency

All funds, balances, and trades within Parsa Vault are entirely virtual. Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or redeemed for real money, goods, or services. We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or modify virtual balances at any time for operational or maintenance purposes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

4. Account Rules

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain only one account per person
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Not share your account with any other person
• Not impersonate another person or entity
• Not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the App
• Use automated scripts, bots, or similar tools to interact with the App
• Manipulate leaderboard rankings through fraudulent means
• Upload offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content (including profile pictures and usernames)
• Interfere with the operation of the App or its servers

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, source code, and other intellectual property within the App are owned by or licensed to ParsaDev. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any simulated market data presented within the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ParsaDev and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages resulting from reliance on simulated trading results. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ten pounds sterling (GBP 10.00), whichever is greater.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the App by navigating to Profile → Delete Account.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
