Privacy Policy

Applies to the Prompt Sheet app for macOS, iOS and iPadOS, and to this website.
Last updated: 19 August 2026.

The short version. Prompt Sheet has no account, no analytics and no server. We do not collect, receive, store or share any personal data about you. Everything you write stays on your own device, and — only if you choose — in your own iCloud account.

1. Who we are

Prompt Sheet is made and published by ParsaDev ("we", "us"). For the small amount of information described in this policy, ParsaDev is the data controller under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

You can reach us at support@parsadev.com.

2. What the app collects

Nothing. The app does not ask for your name, email address or any other detail. It has no sign-up, no login and no user profile. It contains no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising and no tracking of any kind.

The app does not connect to any AI service, and does not send your prompts anywhere. It writes to your clipboard and to files on your own device, and nothing else.

3. What the app stores, and where

iCloud sync is optional and can be switched off in Settings, in which case nothing leaves the device at all.

4. Your prompts are not encrypted

Your library is stored as ordinary, readable text. Prompt Sheet adds no encryption of its own. Anyone who can unlock your device, or sign in to your iCloud account, can read every prompt you have saved.

Please do not put passwords, API keys, access tokens, financial details or other secrets into a prompt. Treat the library the way you would treat a plain notes file.

Your device and your iCloud account have their own protections — a passcode, FileVault, two-factor authentication — and those still apply. We simply do not add a layer on top, and we would rather say so than let you assume otherwise.

5. Third parties

We use no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking services. There are no software development kits from other companies in the app.

Two Apple services are involved, and in both cases your relationship is with Apple, not with us:

Apple's privacy policy is at apple.com/uk/legal/privacy.

6. This website

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and embeds nothing from other companies. Our web host records standard server logs, which may include IP addresses, for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify or profile anyone.

7. Children

Prompt Sheet is rated suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, because we do not collect personal information at all.

8. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.

In practice there is nothing for us to act on, because we hold no personal data about you. Your prompt library is entirely under your control:

If you believe we have handled your information improperly, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

9. International transfers

We transfer no personal data anywhere, because we receive none. Any transfer that happens through iCloud or the App Store is carried out by Apple under its own safeguards.

10. How long we keep things

We keep nothing. Your library stays on your device and in your iCloud for as long as you choose to keep it.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date at the top. If a change ever means the app starts collecting data — for example if advertising were added — we would say so clearly in the app before it took effect, and in the App Store privacy label.

12. Contact

Questions about this policy, or about privacy generally, go to support@parsadev.com. We aim to reply within a few working days.
